Arts + Creative Education Integration for Student Excellence (ACEISE)
Arts + Creative education was identified as the no. 1 priority in the Washtenaw County Cultural Master Plan by community members throughout the county.

ACEISE was undertaken to set the directive - once and for all - that every student in Washtenaw County is entitled to equitable high-quality, consistent, sequential, standards-based arts + creative education as integral to their right to a well-rounded and excellent education.
Every student means: 47,000 students in the WISD service range - nine public school districts, 12 public school academies, 16 private schools and three consortium schools.
Arts + Creative Education Integration for Student Excellence (ACEISE) is a partnership project of the Washtenaw Intermediate School District (WISD) and The Creative Washtenaw.
